A static WordPress site where everything was piled together.
Two manufacturing plants, 18 moulding presses, 7 extrusion lines, a 550 m² ISO 8 cleanroom, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EN 45545-2 and FDA certifications. None of that was visible. Products appeared in a flat list with no families, no processes, no industries. Certifications were buried in a PDF. A procurement manager searching for "silicone gasket manufacturer railway" found the competition. ProSilicones64 did not appear.
The client had the production capacity of a top-tier European manufacturer. Its digital presence was that of a local distributor.

Rather than a simple listing, a catalogue with multiple navigation entry points was built: by manufacturing process, by product type, by target industry and by material formulation. A procurement engineer looking for a medical silicone tube can arrive from the tubes section, from the medical industry page, from the biocompatible formulation datasheet or from the cleanroom extrusion process page. Four doors leading to the same product.
