What the four projects share beneath the surface.

Each case is a different sector and a different problem. But the methodology, the technical decisions and the way of working are the same. These are the six technical principles common to every project in the portfolio.

Proprietary PHP code.

No WordPress, no Wix, no Squarespace, no Lodgify, no Smoobu, no gym or hotel builders. Every project is built with bespoke code — the client keeps the asset they paid for.

Business analysis before code.

A study of the company, its sector, its competition and its goals before writing a single line. The architecture grows out of the analysis — we don't pick a template and fill it with the client's content.

Native multilingual support.

Real translation, hreflang configured between versions, dedicated URLs per language. Lavalla in ES/CAT, ProSilicones64 in 4 languages, CrossFit VNG in 3, Bajamar in 3. Each one driven by a real market need.

schema.org typed per entity.

Organization, Product, LocalBusiness, SportsActivityLocation, LodgingBusiness, VacationRental, FAQPage. The right schema for each case, indexable by Google and citable by AI search engines.

Verifiable results.

Google Search Console data, the client's internal systems, direct revenue. Every published figure can be checked by contacting the project owner directly — no intermediaries.

Maintenance without lock-in.

Hosting, domain and tool credentials in the client's name from day one. Ongoing digital management is contracted separately and by the month — no tie-in, no withholding of access.

The methodology is the same for any project that calls for serious technical structure rather than a generic template — and the prior business analysis determines whether it fits the way of working or whether it makes more sense to refer it on to another profile.
