Adrián Morín — web design and development with proprietary code.

01 · WHO

Whoever designs the architecture is the one who writes the code.

Design · Web development

I build websites and commercial management systems for companies. Every project is developed with proprietary code on an architecture defined in a prior analysis — not on a template filled with the client’s content.

The work covers the full cycle: company study, architecture document, development in PHP with an SQL database, structural positioning and ongoing management after launch. A single point of contact for the entire project.

02 · HOW I WORK

Proprietary code. No layers I don’t control.

Every line of code exists because the project needs it. No third-party plugins to update, no external licences, no builders dictating the structure. A single technical surface controlled by whoever builds it.

03 · WHERE I COME FROM

Over a decade inside Inditex operations.

Over a decade at Massimo Dutti — part of the Inditex group — as store coordinator. An operation where every decision is measured, every stock movement propagates across the entire chain and nothing is left to chance. That way of working is the one I apply to web development.

When good-looking isn’t functional, it doesn’t work.
01
Analysis of the buyer and the catchment area Who buys, from where, with what decision criteria. The same thing that defines a web architecture defines a store’s product mix.
02
Logistics where every movement counts At Inditex a stock error or a mishandled delivery propagates across the whole chain. Operational precision is not optional.
03
Systematic study of results I work with KPIs, not hunches. Every action is measured against the previous period’s figure and adjusted with the number in front of me.
04
Technology that redefines the process The RFID rollout was not an add-on: it rewrote the entire chain’s operation — inventory, replenishment, traceability and stock control across the whole store network. Technology applied well doesn’t decorate a process, it replaces it with a better one.
04 · HOW I SEE THE RELATIONSHIP

Partner, not a website vendor.

The project doesn’t end when it goes live — it starts there. The difference between a vendor and a partner is what happens after launch, not what’s promised before.

01
Long-term relationship

Not a closed assignment that’s delivered and forgotten. The digital asset is supported for years, evolves with the business and is adjusted when the company changes, not when it’s time to renew.

02
Direct contact, no tickets

You talk to whoever develops, not to a support system or an intermediary account. A decision is resolved in a conversation, not in a ticket queue.

03
Decisions backed by data

Every relevant change is decided with the monthly report in front — traffic, leads, rankings, year-on-year comparison. Not by intuition or unchecked aesthetic judgement.

04
Evolution, not redesigns every five years

The asset stays alive and grows continuously. It’s not left to age until it has to be rebuilt from scratch. It’s what I’ve been building with ProSilicones64 from day one.

Shall we talk about your project?

First conversation with no commitment. The company and context are understood, and we define which of the services — or combination of them — makes most sense for your case.
