Adrián Morín — web design and development with proprietary code.
Whoever designs the architecture is the one who writes the code.
I build websites and commercial management systems for companies. Every project is developed with proprietary code on an architecture defined in a prior analysis — not on a template filled with the client’s content.
The work covers the full cycle: company study, architecture document, development in PHP with an SQL database, structural positioning and ongoing management after launch. A single point of contact for the entire project.
Proprietary code. No layers I don’t control.
Every line of code exists because the project needs it. No third-party plugins to update, no external licences, no builders dictating the structure. A single technical surface controlled by whoever builds it.
Over a decade inside Inditex operations.
Over a decade at Massimo Dutti — part of the Inditex group — as store coordinator. An operation where every decision is measured, every stock movement propagates across the entire chain and nothing is left to chance. That way of working is the one I apply to web development.
Partner, not a website vendor.
The project doesn’t end when it goes live — it starts there. The difference between a vendor and a partner is what happens after launch, not what’s promised before.
Not a closed assignment that’s delivered and forgotten. The digital asset is supported for years, evolves with the business and is adjusted when the company changes, not when it’s time to renew.
You talk to whoever develops, not to a support system or an intermediary account. A decision is resolved in a conversation, not in a ticket queue.
Every relevant change is decided with the monthly report in front — traffic, leads, rankings, year-on-year comparison. Not by intuition or unchecked aesthetic judgement.
The asset stays alive and grows continuously. It’s not left to age until it has to be rebuilt from scratch. It’s what I’ve been building with ProSilicones64 from day one.
Shall we talk about your project?
First conversation with no commitment. The company and context are understood, and we define which of the services — or combination of them — makes most sense for your case.
